Restyled Carmel Rose Hat

This previous loved hat is restyled and refreshed with tule ribbons around the brim.

Rivets were added as an accent to compliment the ribbons.

A cream textured rose with feather accents are a beautiful addition.

Plus, a handcrafted touch of burning an unique pattern to the brim of this hat.
